Salmon Cha-Han

I’m pretty tired tonight, wiped out from a very long week and a very long day at work, so I needed something easy for dinner. I started with 2 cups of rice in my rice cooker, and then pulled out some packets of “salmon cha-han” seasoning and eggs, to make some fried rice.
It was really easy, since all you do is put in oil (though I used fake vegan butter spread), fry up the egg (beaten), then add the rice, and finally the seasoning. You stir along at each step, but it took less than 5 minutes for a single batch.
I made enough rice for two batches, so I ate the first, and then photographed and packed up the second one. I’m not sure how healthy this dinner was, but it tasted pretty good. I’ll have to see what other seasoning flavors they have at the Japanese market.
